Tucson, AZ – January 14, 2008 – Universal Avionics Systems Corporation has named Don Berlin as its Senior Corporate Vice President and he has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Berlin was previously Chief Operating Officer. He has been influential in guiding the corporation’s evolution, having been in senior management positions since the introduction of the company’s first product in 1982.

“As Universal Avionics moves forward, the company is undertaking a number of key initiatives designed to increase sales, quicken the pace of growth and generate increased market awareness, “said Mr. Berlin. “We plan to remain on the cutting edge of technology by extending Universal’s business development through alliances, strategic partners and joint product development”.
